Getting Started with Aspen.AI

Welcome to Aspen.AI! This guide walks you through setting up the platform.

1. Create your organization

After your first login, click "Create an organization" and enter your company name. You can then invite team members from the organization settings.

2. Connect your ad accounts

Go to Settings > Integrations to connect your accounts:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — Connect your Business Manager
• TikTok Ads — Link your advertiser account
• Google Ads — Authorize read access

The initial sync takes a few minutes. You'll receive a notification once it's complete.

3. Explore your dashboard

Once your accounts are connected, the main dashboard displays:

• Overview of spending and performance
• Key KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM
• Trends over the last 7, 14, or 30 days

4. Run your first AI analysis

Click the AI Assistant icon in the sidebar. Ask a question in natural language, for example:

"What are my top 3 campaigns this month?"

The assistant analyzes your data and provides actionable recommendations.
