Managing Your Subscription & Billing
Available plans
Aspen.AI offers several plans tailored to your needs:
- Starter: ideal for small teams, up to 5 ad accounts
- Pro: for agencies, unlimited accounts and advanced AI features
- Enterprise: custom, with dedicated support and SLA
Changing your plan
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Change plan"
- Select your desired plan
- Confirm — the change is immediate and prorated
Invoices
Your invoices are available in Settings > Billing. They are generated automatically each month and sent by email.
Payment methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and SEPA transfers for Enterprise plans.
